I made the move to the Outer Banks over 12 years ago, and somewhere between the salt air, sandy toes, and sunsets over the sound, it truly became home. Life here has a rhythm all its own and helping others find their place in it is something I genuinely love.

I’m a middle school science teacher with a background in geology, which means I see this coastline a little differently. From shifting sands to solid foundations, I bring a thoughtful, grounded perspective to real estate; one that blends knowledge with intuition.

I’ve been married for nearly 27 years and am a proud mom to two athletic, soccer-loving kids, so you’ll often find me on the sidelines, in the classroom, or out in the community. Those connections have shaped not only my life here, but also the way I support my clients with care, honesty, and a steady presence through every step.
